Fairly compact design, smooth turning. Fairly compact design, smooth turning. Copes well with a very low pressure hot water flow. Slightly ‘drippy’ when first turned off. Plumber said a bit difficult to fit, needed longer connector rods.

Levers are very easy to operate, smart tap.

Difficult removing previous ikea tap, but replacing with this straight forward.

Deva LEV104 Lever Mono Sink Mixer Tap with Chrome Finish : Smooth operating, easy fit. . Nice looking tap, smooth operating, easy to fit. Comes with flexible tails, which makes fitting much easier for a keen diy’er like myself. Looks really good, and quarter turn taps operate really smoothly.

  1. Really good quality tap, really good value as well when you compare with the prices of similar taps in places like wickes and b&q. Instructions were basic but did the job. Includes flexi hoses for both hot and cold pipes.

    Really good quality piece of kit much better than anticipated. Really good quality piece of kit much better than anticipated, looks more expensive than it is and works a dream would definately recommend.

    1. Someone call noah and tell him the flood has been postponed. . Easy to fit (that’s saying something given my history of causing floods when plumbing). The tap handles are easy to operate with the heel of the hand (ideal for when hands are dirty). The bolt that holds the tap to the sink unit does need to be tightened really well otherwise the tap understandably feels a little wobbly. I’m not good with plumbing generally, but i had the old tap removed, old pfte tape cleaned off, new pfte tape and the new tap installed in about an hour and 15 minutes.

Can fit yourself if confident with diy projects. It was a bit tight for all the connections and fixing bolt/nut to fit into the small base. Use of a monoblock nut spanner is necessary to get it tight enough to stop tap from moving around when using it. Update:- after a year and half of use a nylon toothed washer broke that connects tap leaver to the valve. Contacted uk supplier of tap direct to see if they did spares.

    Excellent even with low pressure feed. We previously had to give up on a ceramic tap as we have pitifully low hot water pressure which came through as a dribble, but this one works fantastically even with our (at a guess) ~0. 2 bar, probably getting better flow than with the standard tap, and we paid less for this. (on a lightning deal)it’s also very smart and feels very high quality. Well worth it even at full price.
