A nice solid click clack valve. Wasn’t too impressed with it at first, as it didn’t fit flush with the sink. However, after several weeks of use, i have to say that it isn’t a problem, as it seals perfectly. It’s a solid bit of kit, and looks as though it will last longer than the old one, which had a central mechanism; this is a much better idea. I didn’t use any additional sealants like some people needed to use, i just thoroughly cleaned all the surfaces and used the washers provided – no leaks at all.

Well made and easy to maintain.

Changes the look of the sink massively for such a small change.

Great product dont fit cheaper ones. Bought this to replace a cheaper product which got blocked and was unable to clear,so had to dismantle waste pipes below. This is a far superior product quality wise and will give excellent accessability for any future blockages. The chrome wont peel unlike my old one which was only 6 months old either. Excellent product and good value.

This is an excellent quality click clack style plug with the very useful feature that with a simple pull of the top cap the entire mechanism can be pulled out for cleaning. To make installation a doddle also buy the oracstar w202 sealing kit, also available from amazon, then no messy sealant is needed.

    Good quality and very smart looking for a reasonable price. There are cheaper ones out there but they are no where near the quality of this product.

      1. This is a much better product than the original pop up waste i had originally fitted as the pop up section can be removed for easy unblocking which had been the problem with the original. It looks and feels robust, is working well and hopefully will give years of service. The item arrived quickly and well packaged so full marks for service. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that i do not know how this product will perform over time.

    Plug top lets this item down. Purchased this as i was fed up with trying to poke things down my old pop-up waste, to clean hairs etcetera out of it. It cost about three times as much as the cheap pop-up wastes but i was hoping that might mean it was of superior quality – but only time will tell if that is the case really. It’s great being able to take the whole plug, centre post and grid thing out to clean them easily and thoroughly. But sadly, i have not been at all happy with the actual plug because instead of being a perfectly smooth dome, it has a slightly indented ring around it about quarter of an inch from outside edge, which seems to collect soap residue 🙁 consequently, i am forever having to clean the top of the plug.
