Can’t praise how good these look and feel to use. Many people say you take a risk buying these sort of things online but this was so worth it. The quality and appearance of this set easily trumped anything i had seen being offered on the high street and it’s very competitively priced too. The water flows out nicely and the shower head provides a decent spray and coverage for a small shower head.

    Tap handle has bubbled and chrome coming off. . Have had the taps fitted for one year, bath taps appear fine, however the single basin tap has had a problem, the handle has bubbled very badly and the chrome appears to be coming off, something i have never seen before on a tap, only on the chrome on bikes or old fashioned car bumper. The tap has had normal use as it is in the upstairs toilet, i have contacted the company who replied back after one week, and informed me:”””””after checking, we found that this problem is normal deterioration. We could send you a replacement handle but you have to pay for postage :3gbp. “””””on this occasion i will accept a replacement handle and see if it develops the same issue, and post back in the future.
