This was exactly what i required and was fitted in minutes.

Worth paying a bit more for a branded valve like this over cheap ones, it works very smoothly and provides good flow when the water pressure is fairly low, a snug fit in the tap body, no leaks, definitely recommend as a replacement.

Fitted my faulty tap out of the package – a wee bit dear to get fast but worth it. We must have saved at least £80 in plumbers fees.

Kitchen tap was dripping constantly, followed a youtube video on how to get to the cartridge out, found it was knackered, but couldn’t find a replacement in the large diy retailers, found on amazon, checked the measurement , a couple of days later easily fitted, no drips.

Just the job- no more drips. Easy to fit once i got the old one out, some wd40 and pliers did the trick. Has a nice smooth action, although whether it lasts longer than the last chinese one i’ll have to see. Very pleased and it was surprisingly easy to match my old cartridge to this one.

    Just the job – perfect fit as replacement for my dripping version.
    1. Does what it says very well. Fits a 40 mm tap perfectly and has lovely smooth action. A great replacement cartridge.
