Good finish, sleek and solid. The delivery was prompt and on time. The tap and associated fittings were well boxed and protected. I was replacing a franke tap which was almost ten years old. The design is very nice and the tap feels solid and substantial. A plumber fitted for me and there were no issues. He did comment that the holes at the base of the tap through which the water comes up are smaller than those in the franke tap however i have good mains water pressure so the tap works well in terms of water flow. I am pleased with my purchase.

Great taps, they look super modern and fabulous. Was looking for a mixer tap for a while and this ticks all the boxes.

Very well engineered and beautifully/smoothly finished (quality parts and very easy to fit). . Bought this mixer tap to replace the second of two very expensive ‘abode’ mixer taps, both of which have failed inside the same 5 year period. This vapsint is very well engineered (better than the abode), and beautifully/smoothly finished. All the supplied parts are strong and well finished (no rough edges), and they went together easily and first time. (it’s supplied with long ‘flexi-tails’ so getting smoth kink-free bends to attach to your existing pipework is easy. Also they are colour coded so when your in the tight space under the sink you don’t even have to remember which one is the hot or cold). This was my first attempt at changeing a kitchen mixer tap, but with the simple enclosed instructions and the quality of the supplied parts (all in the box), it only took me 30mins. (i hope not to have to change a tap again for many years, but when i do the vapsint range will be the one i checkout first).

Great quality solid tap, looks expensive. If you’re on a tight budget this is a gem. I’ve seen taps double the price of this one that don’t look as sturdy as this.
